Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to this journal must follow focus and scope, and author guidelines of journal Islamic Counseling: Jurnal Bimbingan dan Konseling Islam. The submitted manuscripts must address scientific merit or novelty appropriate to the focus and scope. All manuscripts must be free from plagiarism contents. All authors are suggested to use plagiarism detection software to do the similarity checking. Editors will check the plagiarism detection of articles in this journal by turnitin. Maximum of similarity up to 20%.

Every manuscript submitted to journal Islamic Counseling: Jurnal Bimbingan dan Konseling Islam is independently reviewed by at least two reviewers in the form of "Doble Blind Review". Decision for publication, amendment, or rejection is based upon their reports/recommendation. In certain cases, the editor may submit an article for review to another, third reviewer before making a decision, if necessary.

Publication Frequency

Islamic Counseling : Jurnal Bimbingan dan Konseling Islam published twice a year (May and November). Each issue number (issue) amounts to a minimum of five (5) the title.
